Designed to help teach the fundamentals, our Novice Dog Training Program is best suited for dogs who need a foundation in obedience and/or help with puppy behaviors.
Novice Program Details
- Price: $899
- Duration: 2 Weeks – 10 days total – Monday through Friday
- Age range: 8 weeks – 1 year
- Half day training, half day daycare (socialization included in the package)
- Place + 2 commands. Choose two from the following: Nipping, Sit, Wait, Name Recognition, Leave It, Off, Crate Drills, Touch
- One 30-minute private lesson (at the end of the program) with the trainer to transfer knowledge and techniques and to practice under the guidance of a professional
- Can purchase additional lessons if the client wants more time with the trainer
- Access to our proprietary training portal of homework, reinforcement modules and videos
- 1 day of Train-N-Play program included
- No tools included (tools purchased separately)
- Located in both, Harford and Baltimore Counties, MD

Bentley our Great Dane recently finished his training at BFFE. Catalina was his trainer from start to finish. Catalina was absolutely awesome to work with. She worked closely with me to ensure I understood the training she was teaching Bentley so that we could continue learning at home. When he first started Bentley was shy and not confident. By the end of the 3 weeks Bentley’s confidence improved and he learned many new commands. Bentley truly loved Catalina and wanted to make her proud. The whole BFFE staff was fantastic. Before Bentley joined BFFE our other dogs all went to daycare and boarding. We love best friends and will continue to utilize them. Thank you!!!
My dog and I LOVE this place!!! We are always greeted with friendly faces and the staff seems to really love my dog. It just feels like the right place for her to spend the days. We did one of the training programs with Dani and it has made a world of difference 🙂
