Catalina is quintessentially the best at what she does. My pup and I recently graduated from BFF’s Dogversity and the experience was wonderful. Catalina is a phenomenal trainer. Her professionalism, passion, and attention to details is par excellence.

Our dog has been through other training programs but never seen the results we’ve achieved working with Catalina. She has a well-curated, intensive program. It includes a variety of tools for the owners as well (e.g. videos, report cards, & in-person weekly sessions).

Do your research, for sure, but having done it ourselves and tried two other programs before this one, we can say with confidence that, for us, this was the answer. We’re hanging with our well-trained dog as I write this! So…..

Best Friends Fur Ever is the best kennel. We boarded our older dog here when she was younger, and the staff helped accommodate her because she has three legs, and they were great about it. Some staff still remembers her. She stays home now because she doesn’t like being away from her home. But we board our new pup here and did a two week training class. The trainers did great with our puppy, and she loves boarding there. The staff and facilities are amazing, too. It’s especially nice that they make all new pups go through an orientation day to ensure all the dogs that stay there are compatible with the other dogs. I can’t recommend Best Friends enough!

Our experience with BFFE saved and changed our lives and the life of our rescue puppy Sparrow. When we adopted her, she was so incredibly skittish, full of fear, and would either cower away or react with a bit of aggression at home. We were not new to dogs or even behavioral challenges, but we tried everything we knew and even other trainers and weren’t making any progress. We initially enrolled Sparrow in a 4 week program at BFFE, and within the first week we extended it further because even in that short time we were so impressed in the attention, care, expertise, and progress Sparrow was making. I am happy to say that today, she is a different dog and our entire family life is different. It wasn’t just about the training the team gave to Sparrow, but also their amazing ability and patience in teaching us what we needed to be successful. I truly felt heard and that the entire experience was customized to what we needed, our lifestyle, personalities, etc., not to mention who Sparrow is too. I can’t say enough about the training team there, who treated us like family. I want to especially thank Catalina, AJ, and Ashley for all their tireless support and what I know is an authentic love for what they do. The family experience has also extended beyond the training team. Sparrow is there regularly for daycare, and has even boarded overnight. Every member of the team knows her when she walks in the door and seems to have their own bond with her, and in every interaction I have I feel I am treated as a family member. I am extremely particular about who I would trust with caring for my animals, and this is one place where I can truly feel relief and safe. I don’t know where we’d be without them and truly recommend any and all services (and TRAINING) to anyone!

Remi just completed puppy training with Catalina and it was amazing! Remi took to her immediately and she loved on her as her own. We were comfortable and confident leaving Remi everyday with BFFE and Cat. Would absolutely recommend their services!

My dog recently completed the Best Friends Furever training program. It was worth every penny! In three weeks Catalina transformed my dog. I appreciate that the program focuses on YOUR specific problem areas tailoring the program to your goals. Catalina was amazing to work with – great communication and very experienced and knowledgeable.
My dog also attends daycare at BFF which is a fabulous! I am even able to watch him on a live video cam. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I am so grateful that this business exists!

Catalina did a wonderful job training Blue and coaching me! I wanted my young puppy to learn key commands to keep her safe, and Cat tailored her training to our needs. She has given us a great foundation to make us successful on our lifelong journey. Blue and I highly recommend! 🐾

My dog and I LOVE this place!!! We are always greeted with friendly faces and the staff seems to really love my dog. It just feels like the right place for her to spend the days. We did one of the training programs with Dani and it has made a world of difference 🙂

Bentley our Great Dane recently finished his training at BFFE. Catalina was his trainer from start to finish. Catalina was absolutely awesome to work with. She worked closely with me to ensure I understood the training she was teaching Bentley so that we could continue learning at home. When he first started Bentley was shy and not confident. By the end of the 3 weeks Bentley’s confidence improved and he learned many new commands. Bentley truly loved Catalina and wanted to make her proud. The whole BFFE staff was fantastic. Before Bentley joined BFFE our other dogs all went to daycare and boarding. We love best friends and will continue to utilize them. Thank you!!!

My experience with my 7 month old bulldog puppy was unbelievable. His trainer, Catalina, was so patient and truly did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend to my friends to take their dogs there for training. All of the personnel were very friendly!

I have a highly active Yorkiepoo who needs to socialize and exercise. We recently moved to this area and were trying to find an all day daycare for our youngest dog. We were told about BFFE and our prayers were answered! Our puppy gets tons of exercise and socialization. When he gets home he is exhausted! I love that they have webcams so you can check on your Furbaby anytime during the day. My puppy loves It! Haven’t tried the grooming, training, or overnight boarding but it’s good to know if I should need those services they have them. They don’t just take any dog, your dog has to attend an initial meeting to see if they are comfortable with the surroundings. You get a report card for how their day went and photos! I will be working lots of overtime to my sure my dog goes on a regular basis. Need information about rates, talk to Erin. She’s the best!
